I have a manual tranny out of a donar car from a salvage yard, I am doing an auto to manual swap. I don't know how the guy before me drove and what condition the internals of the tranny are so instead of puting the thing in and finding out the hard way it dos'nt work right I would like to overhaul it now. Does anyone know where to get an overhaul manual for an 89 maxima manual, I have a haynes manual but it offers no information on overhauling the tranny.

On ebay, I search for "89-94 maxima" and I never find any manual trannys. What search criteria should I put in?

 

manual trannys are pretty rare on ebay but i see them about every other month

i happened to get a good lsd tranny about 3 months ago for 150$ and i cant believe there wasnt a bidding war over it i got very lucky
