Strut tower torque specs?

Strut tower torque specs?

What are the specs for tightening down the 3 nuts on the strut towers? Installing a FSTB, and know it's somewhere around 25ft/lbs, but can't seem to find it in the Chilton manual.

FSM says 29-40 lbs-ft

impact wrench set on lowest setting. gets them to about 40lb.

when i put in my strut bar, torque from haynes manual was about 30 ft. lbs if i remember correctly
