Has anyone ever swapped a VQ into a 3rd gen? or is it even possible? i know it wouldnt just drop right in, but what all do you guys think it would take to put one in. Its probably not worth it im just curious... even if it was worth it i wouldnt have the money anyways im still working on getting mine running

I've seen it done, but I wouldn't recommend it myself. just fix yours. much easier and cheaper in the long run.

Not a bad idea. Basicly the same hp but 10ftlbs more torque and 100lbs lighter. MUCH more reliable. It's the axles that are a pain. Solve that and the wiring and it would be a nice upgrade for a VG.
