Cig Lighter not working.

The cig lighter isnt working on my car. The cig lighter isnt getting power, and the fuse isnt getting any either. I checked my Time Control Unit/Module, and that isnt the problem. I am open to suggestions and ideas. thanks!

I got it guys... I dont know why the fuse didnt give power, but it turns out, the wire was spliced by bestbuy, and they made an attempt to put it back together with a bad sodering job, and some electrical tape. I fixed it using head shrink, and redoing their sodering job. thanks internetautomart!

Why do you think they taped the cig light wire? What does the wire lead to?

like... the cig lighter was spliced in half, because of my brilliant work. But I fixed that problem with some crimps. So, they took the crimps off, and tried to soder the wires together, and use electrical tape to hide the live wire. Yeah, if they didnt cut my crimps it would be fine. I just asked them ot put in a CD player, and a custom rewire job for the CD player. No need to play with the cig lighter, eh, it's fixed.
