Getting out rusty O2 sensor

hey I'm in the middle of changing my O2 sensor, it appears to be really old, possibly original part, and its very corroded and rusted (stupid road salt..) and almost one with the exhaust pipe... now I dont really want ot be too rough with it and break my exhaust, anyone have reccomendations on something I could spray on it?? or any other ideas? thx in advance
