New Spark Plugs, new noises

So last weekend I put in a new set of spark plugs, and since then the engine has been knockin like crazy. It doesn't seem to be coming from any one specific place, but I hear it comin outta every place where the spark plugs are. Any ideas?

Pull one plug wire at a time to find the bad one. I did it that way and then reset the ecu because it might give a error code, mine did not. I have reset mine in two ways pull off the neg battery wire or pull the eccs relay ( green one). Good luck check your ecu codes.

they are splitfire spark plugs, a friend got them for free for me. If you could explain what "gapping them" means, I'd appreciate it. As far as anything else, Im going to go out when I have time and test each one of them.

what Dan said. throw away the split fires and spend the $1.89 each on NGKs. BKR6ES-11 if I remember right.
www.ngk.com for the part number.

Or you can get BKR6E-11 for the V-Power plugs.

Also check your oil level. if your oil is too low it may cause a knocking sound.

Just an update, I switched out the spark plugs but continued to hear the noise. What I found though on Craig Brace's website was that the VTC solenoids could be the problem. After a simple re-wiring the click was gone and I was good to go.
