What is this new noise?

Hey Org.

Tonight I started hearing a weird noise in my car. Seemed to be coming from the front left, under the hood while I was driving. Mostly happened during right turns/bends. If I go very slow (<5mph) through a turn it won't make it.

The noise is sort of like a quick chirp. The first examples that come to mind are a PC starting up or a wiper blade on a dry windshield (just one chirp tho).

Here's the stuff I've done so far:
Tranny went in last week, on the road Monday night.
Yesterday (Saturday) Installed FSTB: Crapco/eBay Generic brand (I wanna be like the cool kids).
This afternoon (Sunday): Installed BlueVision Philipps brand halogen (they were on sale at the thrift store I wanna be like the cool kids).

Put a little over 300 miles on since the tranny job got finished monday night, hasn't given me a bit of trouble except knowing that it needs wiper blades and one time where it didn't shift into 4th after my friend started playing with the power/comfort switch. Shut down and restarted car and it worked fine since.

I want to think the FSTB is the source of the noise but I didn't start hearing it till about an hour to 90 minutes ago. There is an alarm siren bolted up under the hood but i'm pretty much 98% certain it's disconnected.

TIA
Fred.

I'd double check the tightness of the strut mounting bolts
