90VG -> 93VG Experts Only

Hey guys when transfering a 90VG Engine into a 93 Body that also had a VG the ECU's are the same correct? Also can i cut my injector plugs out of my 90 and wire them into the 93 since the 93 has round injector plugs and the 90 has square ones. I am pretty sure that it will not be a problem but just wanna make sure I assume as long as i use 6 of the same ones that it will not matter which ones are in the car as long as i am carefull to wire them the exact same way. Thks Guys

VG30E uses the same injectors for all years. you don't need to cut anything.

and yes, you can keep the ECU and harness and well.. everything.

because yes the harness is diff. and beacuse my 90 Injectors are brand new and have about 7,000 miles on them. So is the consensess that if they are both High Ohmm injectors then i should be ok.

yes, as long as they're both the same impedance injectors then you'll be fine. swap the harness over and be sure to solder and shrink wrap the wires on them. please don't just ust butt-connectors on them. you'll have problems down the road and won't know why. (AMHIK)

Let me know when your'e ready on it.
Due to the cost, I don't keep those in stock and don't order until I have money in my hand (you'd be surprised how many hundreds of times I've heard "check's in the mail!")..... So it'll take a while for me to order the parts and ship them to you. usually about 3 weeks lead time on it. just let me know.
