Was it plug and play? Or you had to do some splicing?

lots of splicing but t-taped off analog clips so i can have both and just swap when i choose and i might have to swap analog back in cuz gas guage isnt calibrated right and dont know how to. Got alot of compliments tonight "hang out" they had no clue what it was out of and couldnt believe it was for a max. its alittle distracting though
u will be staring at it alot.

I am really feeling that mod. Real nice. Heck, I can't even find a third gen to get a simple A/C head unit--much less a digital dash! I can only imagine what the dealership would charge for it.

just got finished installinh HUD its nice but gotta paint finish plate to match dash. My numbers is alittle slanted. Hey Craig Brace is urs even or alittle slanted aswell. found out I need 89-91 fuel sender unit for digital dash to make the fuel guage accurate. Oh by the way looked up price of digidash about $1200 at 1stnissanparts.com.

I would do the same as you 3rdmaxse0 and stick that into my '92 SE. A 5spd with a digital dash. Daym, that would be hot. How does it look during the daylight?

great job

my HUD is pretty level with the road

you may have just made the hole a little crooked in your dash (unless you used the whole dash from the donor car). Might want to redrill the three holes where you screw in the HUD display part

Heads Up Display. It shines the speed up on the windshield so you dont have to take your eyes off of the road to see how fast you are going. Look at the picture of Craigs and you will see the little digital numbers on the bottom of the windshield.

Dangit I am too slow. Craig beat me to it.

2 things:
1. K.I.T.T. (Knight Industries Two Thousand)
2. KITT didn't have a HUD
