Recently my master cylinder went out and I bought the part and installed it with a friend no problem. But after installing it the clutch pedal felt really tight, I thought it was because I had a new m/c. After about a day of driving around my clutch started slipping badly and come to find out that its done and I have to change it. My question is do you think having a new m/c put more stress on my clutch which was a stage one clutch and only a year old?
I don't really beat on my clutch I drive normally no chirping or anything and since its stage one I figured it should be able to take a little beating.
