Fidanza and ACT Torque specs

Fidanza and ACT Torque specs

Does anyone know the torque specs for the Fidanza flywheel and the ACT clutch, I am putting them back on my car right now, and I dont know where my install papers went.

They are the same as the stock specs so just look in your service manual. If you don't have one I could look them up in mine.

thats kinda high, I can believe the ones for the clutch but not the fly wheel.

Then what are the specs? I torqued all of mine to stock specs. Just be carefull when bolting down the PP to the alumin flywheel. The threads are soft aluminum and easy to strip. The clutch specs is pretty low. Too low IMHO. The flywheel is pretty high.

I just remember Fidanza providing a sheet with all the torque specs on it. Plus the flywheel comes with the different style bolts with lock washers.

I just did my clutch and flywheel this week and fidanza did provide a sheet saying to torque the flywheel to factory specs.

Also my fidanza flywheel didn't come with any bolts or lock-washers.

They don't come with bolts or washers anymore.

your service manual has the answers. put a drop of blue loctite on the threads holding the PP to the flywheel too. it's a pretty low torque and I feel better with some loctite on the bolts holding it in..

then again, mine's been in there for two years without a problem.
