cap n rotor rattlin???
my friend just had her cap and rotor replaced 2x and her car still runs funny. It will miss here and there and when it starts up to idle in cold morning, or when its been sitting for over 6 hours...when she starts it, it takes like 1-2secs to fire up, then idle seems to hesitate for like 10secs, then it pics up to like 1600rpm......and when I was looking at it, we put in new plugs and cleaned throttle body...when you rev it you can hear a rattle sound coming from the distrubitor area....sounds like a bolt is in it and the rotor is knocking it around the cap...any ideas? I think it is the timing....she is due for a timing belt, acutally 10k over due... any help is greatly appreciated
