WHat the heck is this (peice in dashboard area)

down in the bottom right, passenger side, right beside the door - under the glove box, there are two relays. One of them is always clicking on me - I don't know which ones, just found them. The green one says "shift lock" on it, and I know I have to push down the shift lock to get out of park (bushings, if I remember from other peoples threads correctly), but what is the blue thing? I don't want to rurn on the car to find out - just in case

I always hear the clicking when I put my foot on the brake- sometimes when I'm turning, and sometimes just after I turn on the car - it'll click ranomly like 3-5x...

Looks like the green thing is the shift lock whatever and the blue relay is your blower relay

edit2: if you're hearing it when you put your foot on the brake (to shift the car) its the shift lock one (green), or it could just be your shift lock initiating
