check all ur plugs and wirings maybe u have missed something there. wish i can give u more specific places where/what to look at but i haven't done an engine swap "yet" on my car. hopefully one of the moderators here can help u out or anyone else that has some experience on this as well.

good luck,

I just finished a vg swap in my friends 91' and like danny said check ur timing set ur crank pully at TDC wich is the second indent matched with arrow and crank it and play with the distributor turning it slowly if not getting better and hearing fireing through intake take off cap and put a mark on the exzact oppisite side of the point and take distributor out and line up point with distrubutor going like 1/4" clockwise because of angle of gear will turn it alittle. now start it againg and again move distrubutor by turning slowly until engine runs smoother and get a timing light and time it. hope this helps. check if all wire harnesses are plugged in and make sure coil is good

yeah I was just talking with my friends dad and he was saying that my disributer could be off 180 degrees. I might have put it in when I thought it was TDC, cause im pretty sure that I did the belt right so tommorrow im goiung to try the distributer.
