I have a chance to get some wheels from a 2000 Maxima. OEM. How do I find out if they'll fit before purchase? I think I'd want to polish them. Any concerns I need to know about, like putting clear on? Can I clear myself?

 

They will fit. I have the 16 inch on mine from a 2k.

Yes, but will they fit without rubbing of any kind (in bumpy turns)?
What size tires are on the 17"?
What's OEM for the 3rd gen? GXE? SE?
Please excuse me, I'm just now learning about tires.

 

i got 2002 rims on my 91 SE. size 225/50/17. no rubbing of any kind. just dont go too big like 19 or 20 cuz then your gonna have problems.
OEM for the 3rd gen are 205/65/15 for both GXE and SE.
