Does anybody have a Techtom, Nprobe, or similar Consult type device in their VE?

The reason I am asking is I really need somebody to somehow record the timing advance in the VE powerband. I would prefer a 3rd gear pull, but that's not actually safe on the streets. I can settle for a 2nd gear pull.

Since I am tuning my car from scratch, I would like to start with some kind of base ignition timing map. If you have a JWT ECU, that will work. I just need to get an idea of how the timing advance looks like as you are going from 2500-6500 rpm.

If you don't have a way to datalog it, maybe you can make a short video of the techtom screen. Then I am manually record the numbers to get an idea how far the timing is advance at certain parts of the rpm range. Thanks for any help.

you could also check Ebay and see if you can find an old school APEXI multichecker for Nissans they are pretty cheap now if you can ****** one up...we we're running one on an SR 240 its great and reads timing, IDCs and everything else pretty much

I know a 3rd genner has some kind of consult device working in his car. I just forgot who it is. And I hear nprobe won't work, but techtom should.

Anyway, is anybody out there that has this setup? Thanks.
