when i turn the steering wheel in either direction when im at a stop, the power steering squeels, and doesnt want to turn, theres enof fluid in the system, so im woundering if i might need a new P/S pump?

Possible the belt is too loose, but since it doesn't want to turn, i'd say your pump is starting to go.
