I got my rear passenger window regulator off because it was not working propertly, turns on the cable is fine, motor still works, just that gray plasic "thingy" that connects the cable to the motor snapped. am i outa luck or can i grab one of those "thingys" at the yard? , it looks like it would be tough to get one off the cable/motor

 

you might as well do thewhole regulator at that point, the labor time will probably be less.
