at that price, I would grab it, but then, at that price, a red flag also shoots up in my head, (now why would they sell a 4 years old car at that price? Especially when its a Luxury sedan?) Also 61k in 4 years? ain't that kinda alot of miles put on in that amount of time? Check , recheck, and triple check all aspects of the car, be sure to look UNDER the car for any scrape marks near the tranny and oilpan area, and make sure to check all door seals, hood seals, trunks seals, to see if they're misaligne. Check engine sound when first starting the car from cold, then again when its warm, then throttle check it, drive it to around 25 mph, then briefly nail it to see if it picks up nicely, and remember, its your money, so you can walk away.

forgot to tell you to look at the oil dipstick to see if there is anytype of residue on it, like burnt on oil or caked on oil film, anything like that would indicate poor maintenance and/or has been ran dry/low oil before.

it's 5 yrs old now. and 61k is within acceptable mileage limits which range from 10-15k a year in other words the car should have 50-75k on it.

That's an awesome price on one. But I agree: red flag alert. Look that thing over really well, make sure there are no leaks in the engine bay, that it shifts right, see if the owner has receipts, etc. etc. etc. I'd love a 5G for that kind of cash, but be careful.
