wanna get rid of my cloth inserts and replace them with leather. Do I have to take the whole panel of to do that? Advice as always is appreciated.

 

It's always easier to remove the panel. Only do this if your detailed. The cloth will tear off, you need to get it all off. Cut some leather about 1/2 bigger to work with. Glue it on with some SEREOUS 3m adhesive and trim it with a real sharp knife. I just don't know what to do trip it out right to hide the cut edge..... Maybe insted of trimming it all off, fold it under it's self for a clean edge? ...I prububly didn't help much but it'll get u started.
