I have a '91 SE without climate control and have a problem with the blower fan speed. It will only run on high, none of the lower speeds. I replaced a relay under the hood but it didn't fix it. I think there is another relay / resistor in the dash by the glove box but don't want to dig in there unless I am sure it is the problem. Does anyone know where the componet is that adjusts the fan speed?
