vg camshafts

im planning on rebuliding my cylinder heads soon (new springs from jimwolf, valve seals and new studs on the heads) and i was also looking to add better camshafts with a more aggressive lift. jimwolf sells some nice ones for $550, but im really not looking to spend anywhere near that much. im curious if there is a company might specialize in doing regrinds or i was also wondering if the camshafts from a 90 or above 300zx twin turbo will swap right in (i believe i once read some where that they would) any help or advice is greatly appreciated. thanks

Who told you that cams from a dohc engine would fit a sohc engine?
I think Crane Cams etc.. all have cams for the VG30.

turbo cams on a non-turbo car won't net a great gain.

of course I've got desktop dyno at work and on my desktop, so I can virtual build a motor before I spend a penny
