It all started like this. I was at my computer checking my mail around midnight ready to go to sleep when I hear this loud crash outside my house. Now I live on a main road and I have had my share of side swipes and all that sh*t. Anyways I was hoping it wasnt any of my cars, and of course it was. Apparently some drunk biach in her Lexus smashed right into my mom's Camry with my Max parked in front. Both cars were parked. My mom and I were not eyewitnesses but we were told by people who happened to have driven by when it happened that the Lexus was actually on top of my mom's car. The impact of that of course damaged my Max's bumper pretty badly which was nothing compared to the damage done on the Camry. It was totaled from the back.To make a long story short, the old **** was arrested for DWI and soon I will get the settlement money to fix the Max and make a down payment for a new car for my mom. Here's some sound advice to my fellow org members: DO NOT PARK CARS ON A MAIN ROAD, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR HOUSE IS ON A MAIN ROAD. I figured I'd share this for anybody who cares. Any advice on how and where to fix my bumper is appreciated.

 

When I first came in, they offered me orders to Dover AFB. I nixxed that and traded for SD. And that was one of the reasons. I really don't like big cities, too much stuff can happen.

edit: sorry to hear that man. I don't do much body work so I couldn't tell you how to fix it, besides getting another rear bumper.

**** stupid ignorant ****s who drink and drive. how god damn stupid are humans? alcohol is the 1 reason so many people in this country are such used up ***** with stds (men and women). and the reason so many people die in car accidents every year. and weed is illegal???? jesus christ, yeah "lets NOT ban alcohol which impairs people's ability to be mature respectable people and drive straight, but lets ban weed because for god's sake, we can't have people walking around town minding their own business and driving straight at the posted speed limit instead of 15mph over it like the sober people or 50mph over it like the drunk people." i swear, i just don't understand the stupidity of the human race. i'm sick of these ignorant chicks and dudes who get drunk all the time and end up ****ing someone only to realize they wouldn't have done it in the first place if they were sober. amber frye even said she had sex with 'fly wife and baby killer scott peterson' the first night she met him because she was drunk. what a *****, and what a bunch of dumb ****s who drive their cars drunk and are too god damn stupid to think rationally. just shows the stupidity of mainstream america. jesus, any of these people heard about shrooms or other drugs that make you feel good but don't turn you into an idiot? sorry, but i can't stand the sleazy, ignorant people.

 

Sounds good, but one thing. They only ban drugs because it's hard to control the entry. If the government could control entry, and Tax it, sure enough it would be legal. But of course, then were's the fun in smoking weed, if there isn't a possibility of getting in trouble?

 

i don't know about you but i like to be paranoid.

a lot of people say that about taxation but bottom line is, tobacco is legal and taxed but you don't see people smuggling tobacco. if the government legalized weed and had control over the distribution of it which if it met the demand, would make all the smokers happy there would be no smuggling going on. just like with tobacco. what percentage of smokers do you think buy imported cigarettes? not very many. same thing could be true with herb. that wasn't my point though, my point is that humans are stupid...intelligent but stupid

 

you should try living in sweden, our alcohol laws are really strict. 0,2 mille is the legal limit. all other drugs are illegal. that's really good though, our traffic is safe compared to others. about 700 victims per year, on 9 million citizens.

 

we have huge problems with tobacco smuggling so I think you're wrong there. I guess there's not enough profit to smuggle in the US but here it is. a pack of cigarettes is just over $7 here, while a pack of smuggled is somewhere around $3.50.

I think thres two main reasons behind drinking. One is: Body is not functioning well, be it whatever condition causing bad feel, pain. Another is between the ears: things from past haunt, be it what u've done or what somebody has done to you, or pride. Some try to explain alcoholism as sickness itself, I cannot accept that.

Something that stops after one does NOT something, is not sickness.

But still, the driver is in now also in a sorry state, although 'self' earned. Human being typically is such that it needs something to stop the TV programmed thought train. Asking questions and evaluating all=all, is a starting point for these poor people doing stupid things. That accident might be such a point, if he/she survived.

If one has body without any ailments, one could live 'happy' life. Fill life with sports, cars, sailing, flying or whatever work or deed under the sun. In its end, one still could find oneself empty and start wondering what was all that about. Without going to details, I once upon a time found my life miserably empty on SD shores, pockets full of money, no need of any thing. Then, there I was given purpose from above. Can be seen on Mt. Soledad...

And because of that (I am not wishywashy to drunkards drivers, they belong to jail), I feel for that person who happened to ruin u car. Sorry to hear about your property also.

Whenever I -sigh: have to- park my car on a busy street side, I turn my front wheels towars the street. It will help keeping front bumper on place if some maniac is drunk -or- [feminine] is using lipstick while curvydriving. (Btw. My wife is a good driver... no (=0) collisions during last 25yrs...)

The alcohol drive inhibitors are coming [not too bad], and soon satellites will cut off engine if youre speeding, ticket is waiting as u come home [666]...
