How much money do you want to spend?

Someone here could get you a USDM grill at a junkyard and send it to you. There are two different USDM styles that come in either chrome (GXE) or body color (SE). There are also guys in the "for sale/wanted" section that have parts cars and may have a grill.

I think some companies make mesh inserts (I think James92SE did a nice one himself), but it would depend on what part of yours is broken. Otherwise, I don't think there are any custom or aftermarket grills available.

If you are interested, this spring (when it gets a little warmer) I am going to be hitting a bunch of U-Pull-It yards. Send me a PM and I will try to find what you are looking for, or I can at least send you a PM back beforehand to see if you are still interested.

I want to make a custom grille too. I've seen the unpainted blanks on E-Bay for about 50 bucks. I don't want to cut up my stock one, I'd rather save it. I've checked boneyards but the grille usually gets whacked in a wreck.

Money is never really an issue if you want something really bad

Mine's not broken, it's just... boring... want it to look a bit different. I've though about making one with mesh insert with a plastic frame or something... no plans there yet though.

Maybe it would be cool to have the US style... I'll have to check around and see. I'm definitly interested in your idea though, a PM is coming your way.

Thanks!

I started fabrication of a custom grill a while ago but never finished it (I guess I never will lol):

So I bought one from ebay for $8:

It was in almost a new condition.

Also you can find one on http://car-part.com/ (dB for all jyards in USA and Canada)

Wiking, I'm not sure if you are flaming me or asking a question of where I want to cut the grill and you always seem to be a good guy (and knowlegeable) so I assume you are asking. What I plan to do is cut out all the fins in the middle of the grille and put black mesh of some sort across the back of it. In the center of that I have bought a MAXIMA logo to put there instead of the Nissan logo. I think it will look good

Nice! I thought about making something like that as well... but I'm sure it won't look as good as I'd want it to. I don't have the means of fabrication what the pictures in my head look like... so I might as well buy one
