look under the hood where the horn is located....i think its right behind the grille. check the wires make sure a ground and power is connected...then test the power wire to see if its getting power at the point of where it connects to horn. maybe the wires are just really corroded from rain, wind, dirt......

My horn stopped working 6 month ago too. So I bought new horns and re-placed old onces. Of course, rusted connectors were the problem.
Check ground and power as suggested above. Clean from rust and put some grease inside - so you wouldn't ever touch 'em again

Yeah it could be the relay. Mine went bad. I got it replaced and my horn was workin fine, until it started going off whenever it I went to sleep. I woke one night and my horn was blarring. I went out in the cold pulled off steering wheel cover and ripped the electrical wire for the horn out. Now I don't have a workin horn. Any advice as to why my horn's blarrin?

When my horn wasnt working it was the switch on the steering wheel. It was pushed in to far and when and when I put in a new fuse it popped right away. I pullde out the horn put fixed the switch and put in a new fuse. Good as new. It did take a little trouble shooting first to figure out the problem, so get a test light and get to work. The wiring for the horn is pretty simple so you should be able to find the prob easily.

Death in a bag?

- If I understand right, airbag wires activate the explosives under u nose when they are grounded. In 'happy' instances needs also the g-sensor activation; but ten years is really too much for these auto matic ammo systems.
...who said it: automatic means spastic? Well, I dont like spastic explosives under my nose. If the bag explodes while your stooped near the wheel, man youre dead instantly!!! If that does not kill ya, if the bag rips, one inhalation of the substances will.
Nice devil devices, eh? Luckily they are quite often stolen while cars are serviced...

If you have an airbag (I know you dont, but the original poster could have had the option since it's a 92), be very careful when using a test light or any other tester around the steering wheel. You can set off the airbag if you get the wrong wire. Basically, dont mess with wires that are in a yellow harness (rather than white; not the wire color - the connector color will be yellow).
