I second Alpine. I have a basic model (9807) and I am very happy with it. Plays MP3s, WMAs and has a sub pre-out. I paid about $250 for it over a year ago. There are pics of it on my cardomain somewhere.

MrGone is scurred of the ice and bad weather. He is probably sleeping on the floor of his work. j/k Shawn.

I got the AIWA CDC-X504MP. A great deck for a nice low price. You will however need a power inverter to make it work with Bose amps, if you have the factory Bose system.

My total cost when I did exactly this last summer was just over $200.

I think Alpine has the most features for the money. Most all of them play mp3's/wma's and have awesome sq.

I've owened many decks like eclipse, pioneer, aiwa, sony, kenwood, and a couple of alpines. I like alpine the best by far.
