Power Window Problem

Power Window Problem
We had several raining wet days lately. On a few occations I've tried to lower the power windows. They will go down, but when I try to go up, the switch buzzes and the window(s) continue to go down, and won't go back up. If I turn off the car and back on, they will work fine.
Any ideas?

When this happens (very infrequently so far, but enough to be concerned that they won't ever go back up in the middle of a rainstorm) it doesn't matter which window I try, they all have the same problem.

Windows and maxima windows have similar principals: u never know...
All doors contain PCB's, and these digital devices and their wirings are very suspect to small leaks, like condensed water will short the circuits. Its NOT like old cars where you have +12V going to each door, no. The logic box under dash will give power after request from the pushbuttons.
Seek out the reason for condensation/water leak on any part of the system. Normally no such problem.
