When its cold outside, the drivers side door won't unlock using the key. When turning the key, if you turn it to the right and hold it there, the door can be opened, but it doesn't pop up the lock and leave it unlocked. When you turn the key back to the normal position, the lock remains down.

 

i had that problem with a 92 GXE and it was because lock switch on the control panel on the door got stuck in the lock position.
