Hello, I am new at changing brakes but I heard its easy to do them. I would like to know if you know of any maxima enthusiast's web site who shows you the procedure for changing pads and rotors.

Basically I would like to know before I raise the car on the jake what I must have to get the job done. I don't think I could walk miles to get a part that I missed and I need it.

Any help will be appriciated.

Obviously you are gonna need the new parts...

Also...Can of Liquid wrench (bolts are stuck sometimes), Metric socket set, ratchet or possibly a good size breaker bar depending on how tight the bolts are...

also you will need a C-Clamp and a good pair of vice grips...if you have disc brakes all around...you will need the C-Clamp for the front calipers to get the piston to set back in...the rears you need to turn clockwise to get the piston back in....vise grips should suffice..
