Does anyone have the instructions or a parts list I can refer to??
I also put on the front ST anti-sway bar, and yes it's a nice difference.thanks

check out Randy's article on 4dsc.com/articles

I dont think it has a parts list but it'll show you exactly what should be there. From a quick look, it looks like you should have most of the stuff you need there.

You ve got it all. y dont you put it on yourself its cant be any easier. if you need any verbal help just pm me. if "they" is some dumb local mechanic tell him hes an idiot. im starting to get frustrated with mechanics lately. today i went to get a front end alignment and some chach told me it was 69.99 but the sign directly behind him says 35.99 and when i pointed to it he stumbled and was like blah blah blah thats with out all this blah blah blah i told him to screw himself walked out. i cant wait to become a dealer tech and do good honest work for people. sorry if it was a little off
topic.
good luck with the sway bars they are so much fun

I took it to a shop owned by some friends of mine and they were stumped! Yes I want any kind of help I can get. Is this part of the suspension under pressure or anything? I would like to do it myself even though "they" were charging me $50. I gave them $20 cause they only put the front one on.

seems like your missing a few washers (from the pic).. but you should beable to get them from most part shops.

-that bar is a B*tch to install (but shouldn't take you no longer then 45 min with a friend)..
-the suspension must be loaded to install
-at first it may seem like the bar is too long.. but you g2 force it alot
-dont forget to get some grease
-get ready to buy blehmco. rsb links... cuz the stock ones arent going to hold up to the power of that bar.
-that rsb is one of the best upgrades, you can really feel it all the time.

Oh yeah ? Thanks for the heads up. I'm not going to put it on yet then! I came to find out why the shop workers couldnt figure out how to put it on. It's because The factory bolts that the bracket screws onto is all bent upwards..,.on both sides!!OMG how did that happen? So i need to buy some more of those. Im going to look for them today.

The two black bolts....make sure they are the correct thread pitch....mine were too wide (1.50 pitch instead of 1.25 pitch) and I couldn't find any replacements at the local Home Depot so I was stuck driving without a RSB for a few days.

The two black bolts are what bolt the L-brackets into those holes. Then the long bolt w/ the 4 bushings connect to the other end of the L-bracket and hold the end of the bar in place. The writeup on 4dsc explains it really well.

Here is a pic from my Cardomain (not the greatest):

On another note, you might want to have some washers on hand to make sure you don't pinch the center bushings too much when you tighten them down. I can't tell if those bushings you have are rubber or black polyurethane, but poly bushings might squeak if you put very much pre-load on them.

I think you need to explain your problem more specifically. Did you strip the threads in that part? That bushing on the stock swaybar has no corresponding part on the Addco, the addco attaches in a different way. You have checked out the 4dsc writeup, correct?

Yeah. The long bolt holding the ends of the anti-sway bar are bent upwars at about a 45 degree angle on both sides. I thought I might have to replace the part of the car they are connected to.

Should I leave the old sway bar on until I get Matt's links or put on the new sway bar and risk breaking the links? If I take it easy will the links still break?

id put it on...well i did
-i just put my addco rsb on my ve maxima along with the rest of my suspension, its sitting on stock rsb links now. I give the stock links about 4 weeks before at least one starts making noise, and breaks.
- its going to be hard to take it easy.. once u get that bar on there it makes the car feel really great going into and out of turns.. but yes if u take it every easy the links should last a while.

im going to buy new links for the ve but i wana get a nice blehmco order togeather first.

I'd wait to get the Blehmco links too....

I still haven't installed my RSB because I was trying to figure out how to reinforce the brackets... then I got busy and winter came by the time I decided to buy the Blehmco parts. May as well do it all at once the right way.

Good luck with those bent bolts... not sure how I'd go about trying to remove those! Hopefully it's just the bolts and you won't have to replace that part that's bolted to the spindle.
