Door lock blues..

Driver Side door lock not locking or unlocking automatically. I must lock it manually by hand and open by hand.
What sucks more is I have to unlock the door with the key through the passenger side because the driver side door lock key cylinder is some how jammed. I can lock the rest of the doors with the key pad because its a GXE., but again the driver side wont lock with key pad.
Any sugestions I opened driver door pannel and sprayed WD-40 on the lock mechanism and key cylinder.
no dice the stick goes up and down but not automatically.
Help...

I might be the door lock actuator. I had a similar problem with one of my door locks, while the others all responded to the lock switch. My door lock problem was sporatic, most of the time it didn't work, but sometimes it did. I installed a door lock actuator off of eBay for $20, and no more problem.

Shavedmax has a kit for 175 to shave your handles and add poppers. Great deal and no more problem with locks.

Infact it's VERY hard to steal. Recntly I had to smash out my window to get back in, lol. So for anyone who has no door handles, be sure to have a emergency entry system hooked up.
