Smoke from front of car
#2
Had you driven the car since you changed oil?
Often oil will spill on the exhaust pipe, engine block, valve cover, or rear exhaust manifold when the oil filter is removed or when you're filling the crankcase with oil.
It's simply vaporizing itself. Check the area around your oil filter and oil pan drain plug with a flash light while the engine is running and up to operating temperature to make sure there are no leaks. Be careful, the areas around where you're checking will be hot.
