blue book

hey sad question to ask......but im thinking of selling my max. do any of you guys have a round about idead of how much the blue book value of a 92 maxima with 118,000 miles on it. Body is in ok shape has a dent on the left hand rear end and a little bit of rust on passenger side inside door??????

your tring to sell a car with cancer on the door, and a dent, and a 13 year old car?? and you want blue book value?? If you get $1,000 you be lucky.

ive seen maximas in much worse shape then mine go for more than 1,000 dollars. here is some photos of the car..youll see it is not that bad of shape at all http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/754927

I think $1500-2000 is possible. Lots of maximas have the rust when you open the rear doors, just infront of the rear wheels, near the top of the rocker panels. Then again, maintance history is important.

www.kbb.com and check your local paper or autotrader to see how much local maximas are going for

i agree the only person that a car like that is worth anything to is the people who drive them.

Well,i paid 1,000 for maxima se 159,000 on it.Within the first year had to replace all the coilpacks,plugs,tires,brakes,all 4 rotors,get the drivers seat sewn up,struts,new clutch,slave cylinder,exhaust gaskets,and I now have to replace fuel injectors,plus it has cancer on the back quarter panel.
But,you know what,this is probally the second best car I,ve ever had in terms of driving fun(the first being a toss up between my old 66 Galaxy 500 with a 390 in it and a 62 falcon.).Just for the fun of messing around with kids that have the fast and furious spooilers on their hondas is worth the time effort and money spent on that old car.
