ES Bushings

I just want to double check. The energy suspension control arm bushings for a 4th gen can be modified to fit the 3rd gen control arms correct?

Thanks

Correct. I just installed mine. You need to make sure you get the four washers with the set. Front and back on each front bushing. You will also need to cut the back bushing to make it fit. Most guys cut angles on the top of both but you really only need one on each side. Mirror image of each other. Once you get the old ones off you will see what angles you need. I just finished installing mine this morning along with a bunch of other stuff. I got mine from courtesy.

I bought these and tried to pull control arms from the junkyard so I could work on getting the old ones out. I had no luck after 30 minutes of prying, hammering, pulling, twisting, someone elses help, loosening every single bolt. There has to be a tool to get them off!

Sometimes it is easier to just pull the "A" arm with the control arm.
