yeah theres a link to someone's cardomain pages which is a writeup on how to reprogram the password, but i dont know it. Definately don't pay the nissan dealer to reprogram the code (if that's all it needs), it takes 5 minutes tops.

CHECK STIKIES but if you cant find it, and i dont feel like looking for it.

behind your glovebox there is a bronze colored box with a white stiker and a series of number that begin with S#. write that down. then go to your keypad press the start button and punch in the S# number. then you should hear a long beep. type in your new code during the beep.

LOOK AT THE STIKIES

I am having the same problem except i found my code. I press the start, put in my code during the long beep. I tried putting 4 numbers in but it doesn't work. Do you have to hit something else to get this to work. Thanks, Bob.

Ok so i heard there is a reset button in the trunk next to the speakers is that for the 3rd gen or just for the 2nd gen, bc i cant find it at all??? I took out my glove box and got closer to that bronze box and the 2 wires. I unplugged them in hopes to reset something and plugged it back in after about 30 seconds i tired to hit the pad again and it only beeped once and then no more. SO im back to square one...where it beeps on occasion just once and not a long beep and then it goes dead. It happens on both sides not just the drivers side. The passenger side i never use so the buttons are like new so there is nothing wrong there, I just cant fig it out! So if anyone knows anythin about it i sure would love to hear it. I think i tired everything! Is there a fuse for the keyless pad, if so its not on the left side where the others are, so where is it? Thanks a lot...email me if u got ANYTHIN....nirmesh23@hotmail.com
