wheel alignment after struct change

wheel alignment after struct change

guy at speedy did my struts for my 93 max and said i didnt need a wheel alignment. i know i needed them for my vw. is it true that you dont need to get one.

Actually, any time that you replace a part of your suspension like that, you are supposed to get an allignment.

And what kind of V dub do you have??? Im a VW fan also.

You really should get an alignment when doing something that big to the suspension.

anytime you unbolt a part of your suspension that can be adjusted, an alignment is recommended

the mechanic told me that the way they change the struts, it is not necessary. i dunno if he lied to me.

well if by changing struts they mean painting them, then an alignment is unneccessary

Whats the problim? I do alignment twice a year. My car has many users; other dont understand how to land on a pavement. It takes only ONE curb and alignment is/might be gone...
