Thanks to all who helped

Well I took people's advice and changed the speakers after installing my new Pioneer HU. After installing the radio it would shut off at low volumes. I changed the front 4" speakers to Pioneer 4" ($40 @ Walmart) and now the radio no longer shuts off. Thanks to all the guys out there that gave their 2 cents. Now if I could just get this car to stop leaking gas. I was told it's the injectors even though the car runs great. The gas is comming out where the cap meets the injector. I just had the O-rings replaced so it's not them. I'm just holding off replacing the injectors until I could be 100% sure that will stop it. AT $110 an injector not installed, it's gonna cost a pretty penny (I need 3). Anyways, I just figured I'd keep you guys posted on the radio situation. Thanks again. I also got my $20 K mart fog lights up and running and will post pics as soon as I take them.

Fogs...$20, plus I had a gift card for 20, so I paid tax
speakers...$37.

So you're comparing over $500 after installation to $40...come on now. And I said I want to be 100% sure before I replace the injectors. In my experience most mecahanics don't know what they're doing and just replace things until it's fixed. I was looking at your injectors and you dont have the pink capped ones like I have for a 92 GXE.

Yeah they are brighter or as bright as the sylvania silverstar 9004s I have in the headlights. I even got flashed this weekend by a lexus with HIDs, it made me happy to flash him back.

actually, the old owner of my SE had those "hyper" bulbs on the car when i bought it, and they looked like HIDs, nice and purplish...lol. One of the bulbs burnt out on me however, on the first day. I looked for the same bulb somewhere else and didn't even think about ebay so i just got the silverstars. They are like 25 bucks with the pepboys coupon. They are VERY bright compared to the cool blues in my other max and the light is white. They make it look like it is daylight, but they don't compare to my friend's RSX with actual HIDs. Those bulbs you bought will look nice, and if they last a while then you should be fine. Comparing the hypers to the silverstars, I'd take the hypers because they had such a tight color. Enjoy bro.
