If you can't find any, I have a couple of suggestions. One is a motorcycle shop. The hydraulic oil in the front suspension forks is replacable on quite a few bikes. Something else that may work: BMW uses a hydraulic oil for their trunk struts on E65s and the hydraulic cylinders for the convertible tops. Not sure what you are willing to pay, but these aren't that expensive and are available over the counter. May be able to get the part numbers if I can ever have a work day shorter than 14 hours. Have fun.

You only need that oil to transfer heat from the cartridges to the struts. So any mineral oil including cheapest motor oil and ATF will do. You do not care about oil lubricating and boiling out properties etc, only that it is a non-corrosive liquid capable of transferring heat.
