A/T Switch Green Orange and Light Green?
A/T Switch Green Orange and Light Green?
Does the switch for the automatic transmission selection light up? I know power is orange and comfort is green, but does the lettering "a/t" "power" and "comfort" light up?Thanks!
Thanks, but i don't know if what i said was clear or not.. for example, when i turn my headlights on and the dash lights light up green, Will the switch in the middle where it says "A/T" light up light green as well to match the rest of the dash? because mine does not. When i'm driving atnight, i can't see anything there unless i feel for the switch and turn it to power or comfort. Any comments are welcome! Thanks!

Hey, sorry to bother you. But i took the switch out and looked at it, and after i attempted to take it apart with no luck, i decided i might ask if there's a certain way to get to that bulb. It felt like when i was tugging on it after releasing the small clip that the whole thing was connected...(both the switch side and the lights side) I hope this isn't too confusing.
To be simple, can anyone tell me how to take the switch apart to get to that bulb? Thank you.
Hmm, will have to check.
Mine lights up "P" when I turn on the car, but it has been doing this for a loooong time.
Edit: It is doing the same thing, middle light is not on. Can you explain how to replace? I could not figure out how to undo clips holding it on.

it's a pain to get open
the back separates into two smaller parts (one for each harness)
Remove the smaller part first with the two bulbs that you can see. There is a clip at each end near the bulbs. The clips are easy to break but usually they'll still work even if you break them

Then you can remove the larger part. There are clips on each side (not top/bottom like the other part). Once this is open, there will be a little piece that falls out. When reassmebling, put the switch in comfort and put in this little piece and then you can pop in the other piece easily. Then put back the first piece you took out with the two bulbs.

I just happened to have an extra power/comfort switch on my desk so that's how I got the pictures
