fog lights, need help

on my 94 SE maxima, the fog lights dont work. the other night i checked the fuse and it was blown so i put another one in there and as soon as i put the fog lights on the fuse blew. i dunno what else to do because the headlights work and the side lights work. i think it may be a short in the wiring or somethings wrong with the ground wire. any1 have any suggestions? thanks

If you have never opened or replaced your fog lights, look inside the fog light housing itself. In my case, the lamp was so rusted and detorated inside, as soon as I hit the switch, the fuse took a dump. At the dealer, the lamp assy cost around $25.00 each. That was my situation. Of course, yours could be something totally different. Nonetheless, it is going to be a short somewhere. On the positive side, the wiring for the fog lights is real easy troubleshoot.
