Wood Grain

Does anyone have a wood grain interior in their 3rd gen? I was thinking about doing it to my car but Im not sure if it would look good or not. I have black interior and dont know how it would look.

this one is from ebay. it's real wood grain but kit wasn't complete (vents' covers are missing).
if i were u i'd hunt for original maxima panels with wood grain (much cleaner look) - check/call junk yards, etc.

it was put on by the first owner.. it looks alright, better than a stock plain dash. I would rather have something aluminum/silver, but i dont have the patience or urge to change it

There is one as an option, but it looks like *** because the veneer is a really light colour, and it's glaringly stick-on. I recommend against it. The ones shown above look much better because the burl veneer is much darker, something that would suit 3rd gen interiors much better.

you guys are making me wanting to dump my money into an aluminum kit, and here I am needing new rear shocks and clutch, bah,. BTW, maximan90's kit looks nice, like it was meant to be there. Howerver, while woodgrains dashes were meant to be in luxury car, it somehow remind me of the 1st gen Altima and other econo- line.
