You are right though... witnesses help out a lot.

I really dunno. Thats a clip from russian news which I dont see, less watch: the cyrillic alphabet. That was a pic I grabbed from western web newscast (month? ago).

No cyclones around (mosquitoes compensate, they've got one foot spike). But that view is really like it. Maybe its russki weather news pic ? hopefullu not putins nuke hole exercise...

Hope you have alot of time on your hands. You can win but you gots to wait. I personally gave up...twice. Unless you are a rich caucasian with pull things dont happen fast.
