Floor Mats

Does anyone know if newer maxima (5th or 6th gen) floor mats will fit in a 3rd gen? Maybe some other newer cars' floor mats. Help, I need nice factory looking black floor mats.

My memory isnt great on this but I want to say the 4th gen floor mats were being used by some. It may have been the 5th gen though.

Either way one or the other will work and hopefully someone that can remember better than me will post.

IIRC Brad uses 4th gen mats, the color doesn't exactly match but they look OK..

I do have the 4th gen mats, and they actually match quite well. Granted, they are charcoal and my carpet is black, but they go with the rest of the trim in the car. They fit decently well, only thing is you have to remove the clip on the passenger side, since the mat has no hole for it to go into.

I just bought some really nice 5th gen black floor mats on ebay for $58 shipped. They aren't oem but they're still really nice. I actually like them better than the oem ones. They have a nice small nissan logo in the corner of each front floor mat.

Thanks for your input everyone.

I can take a pic soon. These mats are charcoal and my carpet is black, but is a nice contrast and the seats are sort of charcoal too. I don't know if there are multiple colors available--I would assume there are.
