k sport coilovers
k sport coilovers
looks like from this site.. these people make coilovers for our cars.. unless the cefiero A31 is a different suspension setup then ours.. CLICK HERE
i would be interesting if these were the right ones.. because on my protege5 forum. they are saying that D2's and K-sport coilovers are made by the same manufac. but different companies. i wish there was a picture of it tho. well check it out guys. maybe this is the answer we've been lookin for?
if this is a repost i'm sorry i'm not a payin member so i dont' have the option of searching

There was a thread about the D2's a while back.. I didnt keep up with it so I dont recall what came of it. I think it's safe to say it was confirmed they wouldnt fit the 3rd gen or else we'd have a whole lotta hooplah about it to this day
Anywho the A31 isnt the same as the J30 (3rd gen). The A31 is RWD for starters so the suspension is bound to be different. Exact differences I couldnt tell ya

I saw these in the gd forum. Originally I swore I saw their website say 89-94 maxima but I think they revised it to say A31 89-94. Then from the 95+ A32, they use "maxima". You can see on this post, he copied/pasted what it said originally.

Got excited there for a second.

i emailed them and this is what they said...
Actually the A31 I do not think will fit the US model maxima, it is designed for the cefiro, possibly in the future we will look into this model for production.

do some research before you randomly spout stuff like that. the strut housing on the 240 is 2" longer than the 3rd gen Maxima.. the problem with this car is the NOBODY makes a strut this short. all of the companies you see that sell shortened struts for other cars use the 3rd gen Koni insert or just 3rd gen struts in general.
J30 Maxima: 12" strut body
A42 Maxima: 14" strut body
Altima: 13 or 14" strut body
240: 13 or 14"
Mitsu eclipse: 13"
and etc.
