Clutch problem..........

The clutch master cylinder failed in my `92 VE. I replaced the master cylinder and the slave cylinder also. Since then, the clutch feels much tighter and it seems that the pressure plate is taking a long time to engage the clutch disc causing the clutch to slip. It didnt do this before. what could cause this???

you mean when the pedal is already fully let out?

or do you have a longer engagement period (hard to find a good name).
