My first window regulator

Did my first window regulator this weekend. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it might be. The whole job took about an hour including cleaning the tape residue off the car and window from the temporary fix. The write up in the stickies was great. Got the part from internetautomar--thanks. Thanks to the org--it has saved me a lot of money keeping three of these cars going.

the hardest part is alligning the window on the track just right so it goes up fast without slowing down on the molding.
