Magnaflow Cat Install Question

I just received a new Magnaflow Cat From Warpspeed. A quick question which side goes up when mounting? The Stainless Steel Cat side or the the side with aluminized heat shield? Quality looks great compared to one I purchased and returned elsewhere and same for service from warpspeed. Only $99 postpaid by mentioning E-bay ad. I purchased Y pipe in the past and would sware by them. I would call with question but it's Saturday evening.

The heat shield side goes up... think about it... you need to protect your car from the heat, not the pavement you drive on.
