holy $hit, you have my car. I have a charcoal 92SE with the grille mod, the 98 SE wheels, but mine is lowered. You should get yours lowered as well.

But dang, I am glad to see more Charcoals, not many on here.

WSP CAI

I believe that I am the only VE owner currently driving with one. I noticed some difference when switching from my JWT pop intake. It's an easy install, just have some help with the hole in the fender. One guy faxed us an idea to slightly move the battery and underbracket slightly towards centerline, made his install alot easier. Call Dallas for current colors in stock. I know red and blue are now available. We have a new batch of stuff going in to be powdercoated soon, so you will need to call him re: colors. The real difference I notice is on hot days. Hope this helps.BTW my SE is Characol color as well

Make that 4. My '91 is good ole charcoal as well.

Im still trying to weigh the difference between WSP and Catt. Do they install about the same? Do the materials they are made out of make a lot of difference, like $80 difference?

okay, difference I am seeing. I am the proud owner of the JWT pop charger. no CAI for me. Seattle rains alot and without the bypass valve from AEM(which just got recalled for some reason) I don't want to run the risk of bad air/water mixture in my engine.

I don't live in Seatlle....

so I don't know how bad the rain is, but according to most, you'd have to be driving through a river to even seriously clog the motor while using a CAI.

WSP CAI

When I talked to Dallas today, I believe he said we had red, blue, black and silver VG CAIs in stock. I know we have the red and blue VE, I am not sure about the silver. Also several colors of the VQ in stock. Call Dallas or e-mail him. We get the powder coating done in Arkansas. Put it this way about H20. If your driving in water deep enough to get sucked up the intake, you should use an alternitive route. People in Minnesota have drowned here attempting to drive through a flash flood or spring run off. On a hot day there is no comparison to the CAI in my book. My bet is that you will notice no difference compared to the PR model CAI except the extra change in your wallet, saved for your next mod.

hey, is there a website for this? i was looking into a pop charger, but if this is only like 100 bucks more, i'd rather have a CAI. Will someone post a web page addy, or a way for me to get info on the CAI.

Re: Hehe....

chrome aluminum sounds sweet! i didn't see that on their site. i would defenitely go with that. ok, is the tubing a type of plastic, or is it metal? how did you like the quality of the stuff? i don't want something that's of poor quality ya know. i'd rather spend the extra money for sometthing that will last. my motor is really clean, and i would like to keep it looking nice, and adding cheap underhood components just sucks! also, chrome aluminum would go with my courtesy sway bar!!!!!

I'm waiting for WSP to get yellow for the VG. I called about 2 weeks ago and was told they would be ready by the 18th. I couldn't get ahold of Dallas Friday ,but I hope Monday he has it ready ,along with Y-pipe. I can't wait to see how much faster my car will be. I'll be happy if i can beat my friends 2000 Civic Si. Every time I see him he wants to race and kicks my a** every time.
