installing water temp gauge

installing water temp gauge

is there any write up or link to install a water temp gauge. Mine stopped working, is it posible that there is an air bubble in the system?

There is a bubble... how big and does it matter is the issue. Fill/Bleed the system...see tha stickies. Check the sender resistance and that its wire is connecTed. Rrplace sender if no good. Next replace the gauge:

couldnt find the procedure for bleeding, should i just run the car and loosen the bleeder screw for a while?

Ask site managers...

Basically yes, complicated hosing may hide bubbles; seek that from THE manual, it tells to jack up front... On ficcult cases I drive one hour 2000rpm or above, bleed valve and/or some other high hose loosened =leaking juts a little, adding coolant.
