New Intake

I know Stillen makes a high performance intake but they only accept credit cards and I am to young to have a credit card. Does K&N make an intake similar to the Stillen that I could purchase? I couldnt find anything.

Are you just looking for a filter? or do you want a hybrid intake?

you can use a K&N cone filter, but regardless of what filter you get...you're going to need an adapter so it can be attached to the maf.

your are going to need an adaptor, but you can also get a GREEN filter, they work really good, better than K&N

In the Group Deal section, Cattman is selling a K&N cone intake w/ MAF adapter for ~$55 or so. Might be worth looking into.

But you are still going to have trouble buying almost anything online without a credit card. Your best bet is to get a banking account and then just getting a bank card because you can use that to buy online.

if he's too young to get a credit card, then he might be too young for a bank account. Maybe you can ask your parents to lend you their account number or buy you a visa gift card or something. Either that or ask some trusted people on the .org to sell you something via money order (Mr Gone comes to mind since you have a VG, and he is selling mandrel bent intake tubes)

mrgone would be the way to go, he sells a sweet mandrel bent short ram hai. you would have to purchase the couplers (3" radiator hose works), cone filter, and maf sensor adaptor. plus he is only over in issaquah, short ferry ride and a few minutes drive and you could pick it up from him.

There's also another way for a MAF adaptor. Inside your airbox, you have a flange that the MAF bolts up to. I pulled mine out (drilled the rivets) and took it down to a machine shop. They trimmed it down so a 3" cone filter would fit on for like $15.

My air filter cost way more than the combo offered for $55. I spent around $60 on a Ractiv Tornado filter.

If you don't have a card, but are willing to send a Money Order, Jeff might be willing to make you a MAF adapter. I don't know how much he wants, but I think I paid $30 for mine. Then, all you would have to do is buy a K&N cone filter from AutoZone or NAPA or wherever and a 3" hose clamp.

That's basically what I have, except LittlePiggie made mine before he vanished. I also have piping made by Jeff (midpipe and full tubing for a CAI down below the headlight) but I started out with just the MAF adapter and cone filter.

I have had a checking account since i was 11, so there are ways to get a bank account, and they gave me a check card at the age of 15. My parents name was on all of my checks, along with my name, but it was still my own account.

Look on Wikings site and you can see how to make the intake stuff you have now work better for free...

He only had 1-2 and once those are/were sold, there is no more.
